Hello. Here is the breakdown of my story.I am a 36 year old wife and mother of 2 boys. I live in a very small town in Tennessee and have decided to start a journey that will change my life. We all have seen the reality weight loss shows well this is my very own version of one.

Down 10 inches

Yes thats right 10 inches gone from my body. I feel AWSOME! I still have along way to go but now I really feel like I will get there. I am so excited to see my pants are too big. I can cross my legs, set indian style on the floor, and can touch the floor with my legs straight and palms flat. I can't wait to see what I look like, only 154lbs to go.
